I purchased a Saab 9-2X there in 2005, since my local dealership was too slow to respond to my inquiries ... With only my phone call, they had the car transferred from another dealership, and everything was taken care of. Two weeks later, my local dealership finally called to let me know that they had found a car for me -- unfortunately for them, the Saab from Kelly was already in my garage! In other words, great sales department, and since purchase I've also been consistently impressed with their service department. My biggest complaint is that I now live several states away. More
