I contacted Phil after working with a different Ford dealer. He listened to my frustrations with the other dealer and got started right away looking for the vehicle we were trying to buy. He mentioned that there was a used vehicle on the lot that may work, so ultimately I went to take a look at it. He realized my knowledge about the vehicle so he did not try to sell me on the features. He simply let me take it for a test drive. Afterwards we went inside and worked out a deal. I never felt pressured or felt he was trying to "sell" me on my decision. Because of his approach, a normally frustrating process was smooth and easy. Mike tried to bully me into buying the vehicle on his terms and made my buying experience terrible.When I asked for another salesman and we were finishing the deal we found out that Mike had added the fi terms and made my buying experience terrible.When I asked for another salesman and we were finishing the deal we found out that Mike had added the figures wrong and when we confronted him his response was don't buy the car! I bought the car because I really wanted the car and when I picked up the car it had a gash in the front tire and management refused to do anything about the tire or the way I was treated. More

We came to this dealership to trade our Chrysler 300 for a vehicle with better gas mileage. We had Jerry run the numbers and as it turned out, it wouldn't have worked financially with our trade. Instead of just ending our realtionship there, Sal Amore came over and talked to us and asked us what we really wanted. My husband has been wanting a Mustang for quite a while but we couldn't buy new. Sal told us about some used vehicles on the lot including a Lincoln and a Mustang that just came in that he thought might work and asked Jerry to show them to us. The Mustang was a 2011 used and just the right color, race red. Jerry let us test drive it and we asked him to see if it would work with our trade and it did. Jerry and Sal made it happen and my husband and I are very happy. We have been to other dealerships that didn't bother to go the extra mile to see if they could find a fit for us. We were greeted at the moment of arrival to the dealership lot and were directed to the type of vehicle that we were interested in. The sales representative helped us locate the car we wanted, listened well to our questions/concerns and worked with the sales manager to explore the options that would work better for us including partner plans, rebates, and sales offers. We were presented with options and with numbers that reflected the "out the door price" which included everything (tag, title, dealer fees, taxes, etc.). The sales representative did a great job. We also were served well during our interactions with the customer relations manager and the finance manager. Overall a good experience in buying a car. More
I was satisfied but this must be one of the 2012 vehicles sold at this dealership. One of the salesman told us this car had cruise control and when we got it home found out the SFE model does not.
