Excellent job I scheduled my air bag recall service online for 5pm on a Wednesday. Told the service took 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Incredible experience start to finish Let me start by saying I worked at a dealership in sales for 6 years. I have also been in sales for over 20 years. While I may be ‘more patient’ than most as a result, I also have the keen ability to smell bullsh*t from a mile away, and i have no issue calling it. That said, this was one of the best experiences Ive had. I was referred to Kelly, and specifically James Hudson. While he id now a manager and doesn’t primarily sell cars, he greeted me at the door upon arrival. Having had some communication as to what I wanted he had prepared figures, and immediately brought me to see the cars we had loosely discussed. He appointed Luis to introduce the car to me and take a test drive. Luis was excellent. He knew the product inside and out and asked if I preferred he explain or simply drive. Acter test driving What I felt I wanted in the right color mind you, I made a comment about how my only criticism was the lack of power driver seat. He said there was in the 1 step up trim, (not a lot more money) and also I would gain better wheels, spoiler, better stereo, dual exhaust, and fog lights. (A lot more car for not a lot more money). He immediately went to fetch that trim in my chosen color (which btw, was on another lot which I wasnt aware of until later since he did it to effortlessly). Luis relayed to James my selection and upon identifying my concern with spending more money (not much but more none the less), James seamlessly showed me multiple other options that would get me all I wanted but for less money through a few other models. I brought myself back to my ultimate selection and we closed on it. Zero intention of making a purchase the same day but honestly, what more could I ask? And EXCELLENT experience, zero pain, the ultimate service, all within dollars of what we had discussed (mind you with WAY more in options than I originally expected). Finance: Tony had ALL paperwork prepared flawlessly, and within a few minutes we had concluded purchasing a new car. The ‘finance office nightmares’ were not written here. He too was perfect. To ice the cake: the general manager Joe G met with me personally when I requested to see him and commend his staff. He glowed about them, and clearly took pride in how much effort he puts into the experience at Kelly. Worthy of note, the General SALES manager, was dressed for service, and out in the svce dept helping them since I was told they had been innundated with business lately. My car was delivered to me at my choice of location the next day clean, full of gas. Again better than expected All in all, i drover over 50 miles, 1 hour and 15 minutes to do business here on a referral. It is crystal clear as to why, and if I were to purchase another Honda, I wouldn’t even hesitate a second to go back. More

I was told they might not get to it because it was so late. I understood that. I set up for a rental car. When I dropped it off & explained was happening, the gentleman asked if I could wait a couple of hours, he squeezed me in. They fixed the problem. Saved me over $200 for rental.
