Recall was bad enough I had a 9 am recall appointment. There was a long line of people ahead of me and they all seemed to have had a 9 am appointment. I left my and waited 45 minutes for my ride to pick me up. 10 minutes after I was picked up, I was called and told my car was ready. All the employees involved were very sympathetic and professional.
