I had to call back the next day. Had I gotten even an equal deal from another Honda dealership I would have left Kelly. I actually told him as much and he never got back to me. Walter and Jeremy were excellent in picking it up from him and finishing the deal the next day. They got me through the process very fast and follow up when my registration came in was top notch. When I came into get my sticker, service was polite and they and Jeremy worked to get me in and out quick and gave me an extra car wash as a nice touch. this was my 3rd Kelly Honda lease in a row and 5th kelly car since 2005. thanks, More

Diagnostic Justin was the service rep that I dealt with when my car had multiple service alarms show up on my dash. I called ahead and made an appointment and was also given a loaner for the day. The service center could have told me almost anything to make an extra buck but they were very professional and super nice and didnt try to hustle me on repairs that weren't needed and kept bill to a minimum. I have had my car serviced there since I bought it there and my experience has been nothing but positive and I have never felt as though un necessary repairs were done in order to make an extra buck. Alot more cost effective to bring your car to them then to risk bringing it to a shop that works on all types of cars. They know what they are doing at Kelly Honda. More

Kelly Honda Lynn Service Came to Kelly Honda for required maintenance after being unable to get into the dealership I purchased the car from. Jonathan at the reception area was exceptionally professional and friendly. Service time was good, waited around 35 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. They also made me aware of a recall I didn't know about and ran my car through their complimentary car wash. I now regret not buying my car from this dealership in the first place. More

I knew what I wanted and they had it. I got the Honda Pilot that I wanted in the price range that I needed to be in. I would have given 5 stars but both myself and the salesman thought it I got the Honda Pilot that I wanted in the price range that I needed to be in. I would have given 5 stars but both myself and the salesman thought it came with a trailer hitch, but it didn't. Now I need to go out and purchase one, I would have even given the 5th star if they split the cost with me. Other than that, I am very happy with my new car!! More
