I told Denise when I was I just bought a 2017 CRV EXL and I love it! I was dreading going to the dealership but it was pretty easy this time around... I came in knowing what I wanted to pay for the car and my trade in and we came pretty close to what I wanted so I was happy with that. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, he made my day get a lot easier after having 1 of my front tires blow up due to hitting a pothole. I thankfully have tires and wheel insurance on my 19 inch wheels l, Kenny opened up a case as well completed all the paperwork for me. All I had to do was issue 1 signature and shake his hand while thanking him for his outstanding work. More

Horrible experience!!! Dan the manager that was doing our finances suppose to call us and let us know since Honda was taking forever and the system was down.He promised that his boss Michael Oconell was going to get involved and call Honda to finish up the deal.We were patient enough to wait for a phone call that never came . Total lack of communication. The time was Pressing in our end because our time was up with the previous lease,so we called to see what was going on.Guess what ,now the price went up another$50 monthly. Worst customer service.Because now there is just few days left for us to shop around and of course they did not have the money to refund us .Do not loose your time and your business with them.Take your business somewhere else.That is what we are going to do.We will update later on .
