Avoid Like the Plague This dealership is awful. I had the worst experience leasing a car from them, terrible experience with the service department, and now that my lease i This dealership is awful. I had the worst experience leasing a car from them, terrible experience with the service department, and now that my lease is almost up, I'm having an awful experience trying to purchase my car. I understand that they are sales people and they are just doing their jobs, but repeatedly trying to sell me things I clearly stated I don't want is obnoxious and bad customer service. James and Eli made me go into the dealership only to tell me that I had to call a phone number to make my payment, otherwise they'd charge me $400 to process the payment in the shop. The only reason they wanted me to go in was so they could try to sell things to me I told them over the phone several times I didn't want. When I said "why couldn't this have been done over the phone?" Eli brushed me off and said that's not James' job and gave me attitude for the rest of the interaction. With so many car dealerships in the area, it's strange to me that they wouldn't be doing everything they can to have the best customer service in order to stay competitive. I for one will never be back and hope others think twice before coming here as well. More

Awesome people,great experience I purchased my Honda CRV a couple of weeks ago. Love my new car. I had an issue that concerned a fob and the placement of my dealer decal. Well, evide I purchased my Honda CRV a couple of weeks ago. Love my new car. I had an issue that concerned a fob and the placement of my dealer decal. Well, evidently there was a communication break down along the way which left me a little bit frustrated.. Joe Garbeno and his excellent staff of sales people and service were right on it immediately. They were compassionate,caring and really value their customer and stand by the Honda product. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Gave me a little time to chat with Joe and one of the great salesmen Eddy. I love my New Honda CR-V and if you are thinking of purchasing a car, my suggestion is to go to Kelly Honda! Kudos to the entire team! I am one very happy customer! 10,000 mile scheduled maintenance Stopped by late afternoon without an appointment fir service . I also had a coupon printed from their site which was far less than their competitors . Service advisor pointed out that I was also due for yearly state inspection so I had them do that as well . Service was fairly quick considering there were other vehicles ahead of mine.
