Fast, attentive and thorough. Brought my new HR-V in for what turned out to be a bad rear shock absorber (factory defect). Justin Marais, my service rep arranged to have the part ordered and replace the bad shock but unfortunately because the model is so new, the part had to be overnighted. Justin quickly arranged a loaner (2016 Accord) and I was on my way quickly.
