In addition, the service is quick and the waiting area is clean, comfortable and not claustrophobic; there is also small play room if I have to bring one of the little ones. I also recently purchased a complete roof rack (rails and cross bars) for my 2014 Pilot. With an online coupon I spent no more than the same items would have cost on Amazon (and every other website I checked); they were in within 24hrs, and I didn't have to pay for shipping (making the purchase actually about $40 less expensive that ordering online). My first lease experience. What a great car I was not looking forward to the process of getting another vehicle. It can be an unpleasant experience. It turned out to be just the opposite. From when I first walked through the door and being greeted until the next day when I drove off the lot with my vehicle, Everything was explained to me in detail and I had plenty of questions and they were all answered. Even with picking up vehicle and Ryn went over everything about the car.. Eli was very helpful with the financial process of the transaction. Best experience for a first timer Buying a car can be one the the most stressful investments anyone can ever make. Without the research and knowledge of what type or specifications of Buying a car can be one the the most stressful investments anyone can ever make. Without the research and knowledge of what type or specifications of the car you want, you'll end up going to dealership clueless and dissatisfied. That's why when my brother and I did our research extensively on everything from the type of car that I wanted, the specifications, down payments, monthly cost, and more; we were ready to head to Kelly Honda. With the help from Will Lopez, he made the experience 10x better than what we'd expected. This was our second time and my brother and I were suppose to shop around in different dealerships, but Will listened to what we wanted, understood our situation, and worked with us to give us a great deal. That night we ended up signing papers because he made sure we got what we wanted at a fair price, no hidden fees, no hassle, and straight to the point. Ask him all the questions you may have, he'll be more than happy and patient to answer. Buying a car is always nerve wrecking but he broke it down and made the experience really easy and less stressful. Working with Eli, he made sure that we got a bank that would offer us a loan with a reasonable price. He also broke down all the things we needed to fully understand the finance aspects of buying a car. I honestly recommend working with Will and Eli because they made us feel like we weren't being downplayed as young adults buying their first car or make a quick sale because we were young. We felt welcomed, acknowledged, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I then had some training from Will on the car and drove out the lot with my Honda Civic 2016 beautifully polished. Very impressive customer service, especially how they'll always be available if I have anymore questions or concerns in the future.
