Transmission problems I have experienced transmission problems since I first leased my jx35. Recently I discussed the problem with the service representative Jeff Mitchell I have experienced transmission problems since I first leased my jx35. Recently I discussed the problem with the service representative Jeff Mitchell and after a complete inspection of the transmission I was called and Jeff told me that the transmission would require a replacement. He then arranged for a loaner at that time and kept me advised of the progress of the replacement. When he called me to tell me that the work was completed he was very apologetic of the inconvenience that I had experienced and thanked me for my patience. This is one of the examples that I continue to receive at Kelly and why I hope to remain a customer in the future. More

oil change and maintenance service fast and friendly I went in for a routine oil change and the greeted by your service staff (Jeff Mitchell). He was very friendly and professional, looked up my service I went in for a routine oil change and the greeted by your service staff (Jeff Mitchell). I was given status of the work and time estimates during my wait and it got done pretty fast and easy. I was in and out of there within an hour with some breakfast and coffee. Kelly Loyalty to customers Service great. However, in turning in my 3rd Kelly lease for a 4th lease I was assured by Kelly personnel the dings on my 2011 G37X would fall under m Service great. One month later I receive notification from Infinity I owe another $700. Called Kelly and got BIG SORRY. Obviously this is my last lease with Kelly. I will turn current vehicle over at a mutual location. More

We have had quite of few things go wrong with our QX60, but they have been rectified without further problems. He is very good at looking to see if there are any recalls, etc. that need to be taken care of so I don't have to make another appt to come back. Everyone at Kelly Infiniti has been very professional, helpful and informative. More
