Service communication was absolutely horrendous. I had to drive to the dealership twice in 2 day to communicate with Service Advisor and Service Manager. Service advisor never called me. Hopefully the repair that was made at Kelly Jeep will finally be the resolution to our problem. Dealership in North Carolina didn't fully resolve our problem. I had to text 3 times over 2 days to get updates Also, having to wait a month for vehicle to be looked at was a little much considering Kelly knew the problems we had in North Carolina with a check engine light which resulted in replacing a water pump. My Jeep Cherokee was serviced for a tailgate recall on 5/4. I had requested my service advisor to put some air on my rear passenger side tire as I was low on air. When I picked up my vehicle, I was charge 5/4. I had requested my service advisor to put some air on my rear passenger side tire as I was low on air. When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged $40 to fix a small leak without my authorization. They had applied tire bead to my tire which I had requested to remove it so I would not be charged $40. As a result, my tire valve damaged and was loosing air rapidly. I will never go back to Kelly Jelly for any service and will look elsewhere if I purchase new vehicle in the future. More

This dealer changed the fluid in my differentials last August. In January I noticed a noise. The dealer had a month long schedule so I took it to my mechanic. He said the noise is coming from the rear di August. In January I noticed a noise. The dealer had a month long schedule so I took it to my mechanic. He said the noise is coming from the rear differential and the fluid was black and appears to be too thin for a differential. He noticed on Carfax that it had been serviced last August and I should take it back there. The Dealer told me it’s not their problem and they could not have used the wrong fluid. He also stated both differentials use the same oil which is incorrect. The vehicle does have 130,000 miles on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL, 9,000 since the August service. I’ve driven cars hundreds of thousands of miles and never had a differential issue. In addition the dealer recommended a rear breaks service and wanted to charge me full price. My mechanic told me to service the differential the rotors need to come off so the brake service is only incremental to the whole job and definitely no way to justify charging $1300 on top of the $3000 differential service. I’m very disappointed with this dealers lack of accountability as I believe they did use the wrong fluid which caused the rear to fail. The dealer s Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield MA. More
