Just an oil change, but quick service Went in after work to get an oil change. They took my vehicle in quickly, but I waited about 45 minutes. Once they pulled my vehicle out of the serv Went in after work to get an oil change. They took my vehicle in quickly, but I waited about 45 minutes. Once they pulled my vehicle out of the service bay, they parked it right in front of where I would exit. Nice. HOWEVER. There were two vehicles parked in front of me that were not going anywhere for a while, and two more vehicles parked in the adjacent lane. So, I was blocked. I brought it to their attention before I left, but nobody came out to move any of those vehicles. I waited about 10 minutes, and then did a 65 point turn to exit. A little frustrating - I wish they were more attentive to the way other customers park when they come into the dealership. More

Jeep review 2015 I usually have outstanding experiences at this dealership, but I was disappointed at my last visit. I had booked my appt & a loaner car about 2 weeks I usually have outstanding experiences at this dealership, but I was disappointed at my last visit. I had booked my appt & a loaner car about 2 weeks in advance. My loaner car was not ready when I arrived & I had to wait about 20 minutes at least. When I asked how much longer, I was told they were busy, which I understand that, but I booked 2 weeks prior. It seemed They were trying to talk me out of the rental, but I had a doctor's appointment I needed to get to. Needless to say, I was disappointed. More

They make sure that I receive an explanation of the work done, and answer any question I may have. More

My first postive experience since purchase I normally cringe at the thought of having to deal with this service department but this was the first postive experience I've had since purchasing my I normally cringe at the thought of having to deal with this service department but this was the first postive experience I've had since purchasing my Jeep 2 years ago. (The sales experience with Janet was amazing!) This visit I dealt with Artis in the service department for some updates, recalls and an oil change. It was the first time some one followed up when they said they would or had the answers to my questions. Thanks Artis for making this experience painless. More
