My Visit to Kelly Mitsubishi I came to Kelly to buy a new car. My wife received a letter in the mail about the sale they were having til the end of the month of June. I walked I came to Kelly to buy a new car. My wife received a letter in the mail about the sale they were having til the end of the month of June. I walked in and was greeted by Mike Muniz. Mike was very friendly and went that extra mile to help me. I took a test drive and liked what I was driving. We got back to the dealership and started the process of the buy. Mike introduced me to the manager Chris Bennett and the friendship began. These two men really went out of their way to help put me in a new vehicle. I really respect these two men and everything they did for me. If you need a car new or used please talk to these two men. I'm sure they will help you with whatever you need to have done. When we first arrived we didn't think we'd be going home with a car,we walked in thinking the prices were gonna be too high and the sales person would be more concerned about making a profit than helping us but that wasn't the case here. Upon arriving we were approached by a very courteous,kind, and enthusiastic women by the name of Mrs. Mariely Rivera, she was more then helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns that we had, her warm hearted demeanor made me feel as though we've know each other all our lives, she helped us negotiate a great and affordable price, never once pressuring us or trying to manipulate us into something we weren't comfortable with. I can honestly say that Mrs. Rivera was genuinely more concerned about putting us in a safe and affordable vehicle and making our interaction as welcoming as possible than anything else. So would I recommend Kelly dealership to my friends and family? Absolutely!!!! And I would recommend that they deal with Mrs. Rivera so that they can have the same exceptional experience we had.
