Worst customer service ever! Worst dealership EVER for customer service. I bought a BRAND NEW lancer GT and after I purchased it I noticed a small rust spot above the tail light. I spoke to Jim Hillegass who is their service writer. He told me they are not obligated and submitted photos because it needed to be approved by corporate! A few months pass and I was never called back. Placing another call to them I discovered it was ruled carrier damage and they were not obligated to correct it. Wow! So you knowingly sold me a car with a rust spot? After mr. Hillegass basically told me to get bent, he passed me over to Norris Almasri who I left a polite message for but never received a return call or message! You jokers can sure call me to remind me about an oil change but not to resolve this open issue! Stay away from this dealership! All they care about is your money, not a positive customer service experience! More
