Joe Brader,my salesperson, awsomeeeee I went to Kelly Mitsubishi with not the best credit looking for a used safe , reliable vehicle. After talking with Joe Brader on the phone and running my credit I decide to go there and sit down with Joe and discuss my options if their were any. Nothing here was sugar coated, no false promises , and no b.s. Joe and his team including Norris Almarsi and Keith Hicklin opened every door as soon as one shut to help me. Keep in mind this was a SATURDAY. After spending the whole day there, I was never made to feel rushed or that these guys wanted to leave and go home. Well I didn't end up getting the used car I was looking at. ..I drove out of there in a brand new 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in the color I wanted at a price I can make work. I could not stress how thankful I am for Kelley Automotive and the team that helped me especially JOE BRADER who went above and beyond to really help not only me but another lady who was there. We didn't get out of there until 8:30 , they close at six on Saturday that alone shows the dedication. Thank You thank you thank you. HIGH RECOMMENDED.
