I was skeptical going in to the dealership knowing how some sales personnel can be, but was pleasantly surprised at the level of courtesy my mother and I were shown. Financing was explained in laymans terms and at no time did I feel cheated or taken advantage of. Actually the opposite. They gave me an extremely generous offer on my trade in at almost $1000.00 over Kelley Blue Book, and helped me get the financing that was good for me. Jon and Jay were awesome and I can't say enough good things about my experience here. When I picked up my car the process was quick and my new Jeep looked beautiful. I was in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. I've never wanted to take a car back to a dealership for maintenance but I will continue to deal with this dealership as my future needs dictate. They ROCKED!!! More
