My 2020 Kia Rio was un drivable and I have an hour drive to work. I rented a car because I was told it would take possibly 2 or 3 days to get fixed. I got it back in 1 day and even had the transmission flui to work. I rented a car because I was told it would take possibly 2 or 3 days to get fixed. I had a bad experience at another dealership. Decided to look online at dealerships and ended up scheduling an appointment. Was met by Caleb and it was a totally different experience than before. After having an awful experience at Diehl Kia we were met with warmth and kindness by Patrick and the team. He was very nice and attentive and got us exactly what we wanted and needed.
