When you first enter their website a pop up (of $100 off any used vehicle) immediately comes up and asks you to enter your information. Well, I did that. And they called me within about 3 minutes. I told them I had the ‘coupon’ for the $100 off any used vehicle and they REFUSED to honor THEIR OWN promotion from THEIR website. I didn’t just come up with it randomly. I saved it on my phone and messaged it to them but was told the manager wouldn’t honor it. Still ticks me off. Finished the deal for the vehicle anyway, and then the day I was going to pick up the vehicle at 3 pm, I get a text and email from the sales manager at about 11 am asking if I was still interested in looking for a vehicle. … what!?!.. Um, yeah, I’m picking it up in 4 hours More
