From the initial call to the actual picking up of my truck, Paula and Zach were exceptional! This was a sale done completely over the phone and internet. After speaking with Paula, I was pretty convinced that this was the exact truck I was searching for. Her down to earth candor and ability to listen and answer my many questions was a breath of fresh air!. She easily explained how nice the truck was and the many features. Zach helped in the short negotiation and, since I pretty well knew the price of a truck in this condition and miles, I was able to accept the price he gave me. He also arranged great financing for me. When I flew in from California a week later, we went for a short test drive and everything worked just as told to me. Mark, in finance, got the paperwork together quickly and then I was off to California with my "new" truck. They even filled the tank for me!
