Both Roy and Julio were wonderful to work with. The only concern I have is I asked for a dent to be fixed on the side of my F-150 I bought and they told me no problem but I have yet to be contacted by anyon concern I have is I asked for a dent to be fixed on the side of my F-150 I bought and they told me no problem but I have yet to be contacted by anyone to resolve this issue. When we looked at the truck that we purchased it had the manufactures floor mats in it that were i We had a great experiance with the sales people. When we looked at the truck that we purchased it had the manufactures floor mats in it that were in excellent condition (these were expensive mats that covered the floor of the mega cab in both the front and back. When we picked up the truck they had been replaced with cheep after market mats that do not cover even a 4th of the back floor area nor do they fit the truck on the drivers side or passenger. I have been pricing the mats that were in the truck they are about 200.00 to 300.00. Then we went out of town, the check filter light came on and my husband removed the filter (it was black) we went into town and purchased a new one, the dealer did refund the money for the filter and took care of some of the other problems with the truck. There was also yellow paint up on the fenders. I really do not think that the truck was detailed and am not sure that the initail inspection of all systems and filters were changed. More
