The only reason I rated the Quality of Work "Good" instead of "great" was because I had to send the vehicle to the detail department 3 times before everything on the vehicle was "clean". Ken was very easy to work with and just a genuine nice guy, as was his daughter Ella,and Salesperson Tony. As long as my husband and I reside in this area, we will never buy our vehicles from any dealer but Ken Houtz Chevrolet.
