My Review of Kendall Honda:
I am not trying to get another dealer into trouble, but the other Kendall dealer I called did not return my call. I walked onto the Honda lot and was met my Mr. Luce. Very friendly, honest,and worked to make a deal with me. From my "long" experience in buying both new and used cars, it is usually a headache. This experience with Mr. Luce was very easy without any pain. I feel even with buying a used car, I could return and get help from Kendall Honda and Mr. Luce.

My Review of Kendall Honda:
My Husband and I live in Corvallis and did not enjoy the local Honda dealership experience. We drove to Eugene and stopped at kendall just to browse around and test drive a couple of cars. Fortunately for us, Roger Towne came over to assist us and we are truly grateful for his kindness, hospitality and expert opinion. We were extremely impressed by his friendly approach and felt like we could count on getting an honest and expert opinion on all issues pertaining to the car. Our first visit went so well that we decided to come back less than a week later and purchase a 2012 Honda. I think this dealership and its staff stands apart from all others we have been to. Roger's 'no pressure' approach to salesmanship is remarkable and generates a lot of trust. We are definitely Kendall customers for life and would gladly recommend this dealership and Roger as a salesman for all friends.

Brandon was very friendly from the very beginning. Absolutely no pressure to BUY and he was very informative. He answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were family. He introduced us to the service staff and gave us a tour so when we return to service the car we can feel comfortable with the work being performed. We will recommend Brandon to any of our friends or family looking to make a comfortable auto purchase.

I came in looking for a new car, as soon as I got on the dealership I was helped and both salesmen were very friendly and easy to work with. I was able to get exactly what I want for a good price and with great customer service. I have no complaints, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

Roger was Wonderful when we bought out new Honda Accord. Very nice and understanding of our needs: Also want to add that Mark the Finance guy on the Chevy side was VERY nice awell it was great doing business We need to purchase 1 more care here in 8 months.. SO look out Roger we'll be there before you retire :) thank you great job!

My Review of Kendall Honda:
I arrived at Kendall Honda not having a clue at what I was looking for and how to find it. I had never bought a car before and was very nervous about how I was going to go about negotiating a good price for the car that I wanted. I was warmly greeted by Justin and right away I knew I was in good hands. He intently listened to all of my concerns and was very honest about his thoughts and very accommodating to my requests. When I was not able to find anything in his lot, he drove me over to the Kendall Toyota lot and showed me their inventory. Together we searched and searched through the sea of vehicles until we narrowed it down to a few that looked like a great fit. He was extremely patient and in no way made me feel like he was trying to rush me or push me to buy anything. We checked out a few cars until one really caught my eye and I had to take it for a test drive. When I returned to the lot I knew I had found what I was looking for. Justin helped me through the entire process of filling out the paperwork, talking with the finance dept, looking up WA state taxes and DMV fees, and he also helped me find good insurance! Even though his shift had ended a while ago, he stayed over to make sure that I was completely taken care of before going home, now that's awesome service!

My Review of Kendall Honda:
I usually hate buying or even looking at cars at dealerships. Most salespeople are annoying at best and competitive with each other.. This place is different. Laidback, helpful, informative, efficient. They let me take a test drive solo when the place was busy. Special hats off to Austin(and Greg) for moving us thru the buying process quickly and yet still explaining everything clearly. I'd go back to these guys.
