Overall disappointing experience with the sales department. Would not recommend. Updated 2/21/26: During my first service visit in December 2025, I spoke with Mason in the service department about ongoing issues with the infotainment system. He informed me that the system required a software update but was unable to complete it because the complimentary service required to enable updates was not active on my vehicle. He explained that this service should have been activated at the time of purchase and that it provides three years of complimentary coverage. He further stated that activation must be completed by the sales department and that he could not assist me further. After that visit, I emailed the salesperson who handled my purchase, Brandon, to request assistance. I did not receive a response. In that same email, I also expressed interest in potentially purchasing another vehicle for my wife, which was likewise not acknowledged. Throughout the sales process, Brandon often appeared inconvenienced or put upon when assisting me, as though he had more important matters to attend to. That experience, along with the lack of follow-up, has been disappointing. I later received a voicemail, marked as spam, from someone identifying themselves as a supervisor regarding this 1-star Google review of the dealership. I work seven days a week and generally communicate via email or text, which I had made clear in my previous interactions is my preferred method of contact. Given that I have previously communicated with your dealership via email and text exclusively, it would have been reasonable for your team to be aware of and respect my preferred method of communication when following up. Additionally, during the finance process at the time of sale, Finance Manager Kyle informed me that purchasing an extended service plan and GAP insurance was required for loan approval. I later learned this was not accurate and had to go through additional steps to cancel those products. That experience, together with the current service activation issue, has significantly impacted my confidence in this dealership. More

I recently purchased my new Subaru from this dealership and had an overall good experience. My dealer, Pascal, was informative, easy to work with and there was no extra pressure during the process with hi and had an overall good experience. They are fine for purchasing your car from the but don't ever go there for service. They pressure their service techs, don't properly train them and pay them poorly. They also don't do quality checks on the work performed but the techs are under immense pressure, particularly those in express. They are jerks to their employees. They might be family owned but that just means the family treats everyone poorly. The problem is that you pay hundreds or thousands for service but it might not be okay because of the situation they have created in their service department. It's not very fair to blame the mechanics...if you were pressured for speed and not paid well and treated badly how well would you work? Very friendly and nice. I talk to Pascal a car dealer when I come in always to say hi. If I have any questions to ask he helps me. Very clean dealership.
