I recently purchased my new Subaru from this dealership and had an overall good experience. My dealer, Pascal, was informative, easy to work with and there was no extra pressure during the process with hi and had an overall good experience. They are fine for purchasing your car from the but don't ever go there for service. They pressure their service techs, don't properly train them and pay them poorly. They also don't do quality checks on the work performed but the techs are under immense pressure, particularly those in express. They are jerks to their employees. They might be family owned but that just means the family treats everyone poorly. The problem is that you pay hundreds or thousands for service but it might not be okay because of the situation they have created in their service department. It's not very fair to blame the mechanics...if you were pressured for speed and not paid well and treated badly how well would you work? We are sorry that we bought a car from them because of what is going on with service. More

My 2012 Forester has blower motor issues that have required 2 or 3 replacements over the years. My local repair shop has done the previous work. Each time my guy was able to find parts locally or sa required 2 or 3 replacements over the years. My local repair shop has done the previous work. Each time my guy was able to find parts locally or same day delivery. Although I don't recall the charges, I recall no hiccup when I paid those. On the other hand, it took my Nissan dealer 3 days and just shy of $1000 to fix it. In fairness to the dealer I should point out that they had it done in 2 days but they wrote my phone no. down wrong and they were just waiting for me to call them. By the way, we love our Subaru . We strongly encourage others to buy them! Also, I made the appointment by telephone. The computer said I was set for 9am the next day so I drove in then only to learn they never heard of me. That said all staff were very friendly. But I don't think they understood that is too long. Jim G More
