Like many people, I came to your dealership to look at the new C8 Corvettes. There was no way I was going to buy one. I have a 2017C7 2LT Sting Ray that by most comments is a very very classy car. So th the new C8 Corvettes. There was no way I was going to buy one. I have a 2017C7 2LT Sting Ray that by most comments is a very very classy car. So there was no indication that I would buy a new C8. My wife and I looked around the show room and were met by Brandon Neuberger, a Corvette Specialist. I told him what I was looking for. We went outside and looked at just about all your stock, but nothing was tickling my fancy. We went inside and we looked at the white one, the Cacti Green, the orange, and then I was shown the 2023 leftover. Brandon noted that there was a $5000 decrease in the sales price. Enter Jeff Dudah, the Corvette man himself. (We know Jeff from the Corvette Caravans and Toys for Tots) He joined the party and told me Rob, it’s a good deal. Both he and Brandon gave me the grand tour of the car. I looked and inspected, sat in the car, the trunk and frunk and opened the top, and then asked my boss the wife and she gave me the nod. This is where I was most impressed, Mr. Neuberger did not play the "DEALER GAME” We worked out a price and he never left us for the 15min wait to talk to the sales manager stunt. I told him I was trading in my car, and I feel we received a good price for my 2017. Result: We purchase a 2023 Corvette sting 3LT Red Mist Metallic Tintcocoat with a Midnight Gray w/ Red Stripe. What a beast, but classy like I prefer. I want to commend Mr. Brandon Neuberger for his professionalism, knowledge and the way he connects to his customers. Well Done. I am one happy 2023 Corvette owner. More
Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Communication I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Ciocca Corvette. Two years ago, I left a substantial $1,000 deposit with high hopes of purchasing a veh am utterly disappointed with my experience at Ciocca Corvette. Two years ago, I left a substantial $1,000 deposit with high hopes of purchasing a vehicle from them. However, after countless attempts to reach out and finalize the purchase, I've been met with nothing but radio silence. Their complete lack of communication is appalling. Despite numerous phone calls not once did they bother to respond. It's as if my money meant nothing to them. Even basic courtesy would have sufficed, but evidently, customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. To make matters worse, I eventually gave up and purchased from another dealer. Even then, they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge my situation or return my deposit in a timely manner. It's astonishing how they can run a business with such disregard for their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Ciocca Corvette to steer clear. Save yourself the frustration and headache of dealing with their incompetence and indifference. There are plenty of other reputable dealers out there who value their customers and understand the importance of communication. More
