I brought my truck in for transmission service, and they found it was in dire straits. Under my extended warranty, the dealership replaced the transmission and provided a loaner car for about three weeks, w found it was in dire straits. I special ordered a Tahoe with Ethan, and the available options are definitely not "à la carte." Navigating GM's ordering system can take some time because so many features are bundled into packages. Ethan spent a great deal of time working through the ordering process to make sure I got the exact drivetrain and second-row bench seat I wanted. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me updated right up to the day I picked up my vehicle. I highly recommend working with Ethan if you're looking for someone who will take the time to get your order right. More

Fred was able to get me in very quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. I was only there for about 45 minutes total. Not bad at all!
