I will not go there again. Woman waiting on me knew very little about her job and the only thing she got right was the fact she only had worked there a week and didn't know any Woman waiting on me knew very little about her job and the only thing she got right was the fact she only had worked there a week and didn't know anything. They roocked me of every dime they could and bloated about it. A$700.00 to replace a battery was bad enough. Then she told me I needed new calipers for $1,400. I said no and looked at the paaper that said it just needed new pads. They were on the phone telling someone else the exact same speel. When I left after paying $700. My car still wasn't fixed properly. I've never dealt with such rude people. There is not one positive thing I can think of to say about this outfit. More

I requested a free oil change. Was charged without prior approval. Service department tried to blame on new employee. I feel that service department did not provide adequate training or backup. I had a previous free oil change. Oil changes were agreement when purchasing from Marc Motors. I understand not providing service from other dealer but should have been notified prior to work being accomplished. I will not be doing business with Ket CDJ of Rochester again. I was pleased with my interaction with Jennifer Dube but feel that Key CDJ failed both of us. More
