jdillon, Thank you for your honest review of our Service Department. We wanted to follow up on your comment in regards to the $5.00 misc. charge for State Inspection. At Poulin Auto Country, the fee for NH State Inspection is currently $34.95. This is the advertised price and the total price you were charged. On the invoice that each customer receives, there is a inspection fee of $29.95 and a misc. charge of $5.00. This invoice is broken down for our book keeping purposes as $5.00 pays for the actual sticker and must go into a different accout for the state. I hope that this has helped a bit!
