Best Sales Experience Ever. After talking with David Hayes on the phone I felt confident enough with him to Drive 90 miles to Key Hyundai. We were not let down David was able to After talking with David Hayes on the phone I felt confident enough with him to Drive 90 miles to Key Hyundai. We were not let down David was able to find the vehicle color, model and Price that we were looking for. I would like to mention that no other Salesman I had talked to was this interested in helping us find the car we wanted. David Hayes was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He secured the vehicle for us within 2 days and we picked up our new vehicle. Total time to purchase and close was less than expected and we are very satisfied and would buy from David again. To expensive Need to be willing to negotiate price. I was a little desperate at the time and hinted at the price being to high but was ignored with this aspect of Need to be willing to negotiate price. Not even offered a complimentary oil change...sad. if u were willing to negotiate u could probably sell 2-3X as many cars or more. Not a very good business model. This could separate u from all the rest. Little to nothing has changed in the car buying experience in the last 50 years just the faces. No wonder u are loathed by the overwhelming majority of people in this country. Also wasn't happy that the online promo wasn't available. This in no way reflects Fred's absolute professionalism and courtesy. A true gentleman...old school! If not 4 him I would have left the dealership. More
