our sales person was Bentley he worked with us and found us the perfect car for our budget then he turned us over to Paul who completed all of our paperwork we we're in and out quickly and on our way home driving our new car. thanks so much we couldn't be happier with the service and kindness we received at this dealership

My wife and I were greeted by Andre Wedner in the parking lot he was friendly and very knowledgable about all of the KIA products. He never tried to pressure us or push us in making a final decision. The finance department was just as helpful and pleasant to deal with. They worked out a deal that we were happy with. I would like to thank Andre and your staffs for helping me get through a good car buying experience.

My Review Of Kia Autosport of Columbus:

So far, the dealing and buying experience has been great. Bentley was very patient, kind, and strived to get me a good deal. He was recommended to me as the sales person to talk with/to and I never felt like he misled me regarding any information. I will send clients to him when I hear they are looking for a new car. Paul, in finance, is someone I know in another field,(motorcycles), and I was surprised to see him in the finance portion of the business. He was very good and knowledgeable in the financial aspects of contracts and explained every thing in a clear and easy manner. I hope my experience with Kia Auto Sports of Cols.will remain a really good experience. I read the "Service" reviews and was disappointed in what I read. I lost my Jeep Compass in a collision. I bought the Jeep from Carl Gregory with the life-time warranty on the transmission and the engine and all parts related. I let them do ALL the service on my Jeep and they were ALWAYS EXCELLENT. I thought about buying another Compass, but I bought the Kia Optima. It seems to be a great car and all the reviews (including Consumer Reports) give it a great rating in all the categories. I hope the Kia Service is commensurate.

My Review Of Kia Autosport of Columbus:

Bessie Williams was excellent in helping me get my new Kia Soul. I had some initial concerns about being able to drive it comfortably because I'm very short and petite, but she was very understanding and let me test drive the car for an entire weekend so I could even try it with my pedal extenders. She was very helpful and patient while I mulled over my options, and I feel good knowing she's still available if I have any questions after buying the car. She went above and beyond my expectations. Paul McGowan in the finance department was also very friendly and helpful with explaining the details in the paperwork. Overall, it was a good buying experience and I'm very happy in my new Kia Soul.
