Had my wifes 2011 Sorento serviced there for a problem and they wre just great. even though the car was bought at a diffeent dealer they treater her like she wa the owners daughter. I went to Kia Country because Scott spoke with my mom on the phone while I was working and unable to call myself. He very thoroughly went over all the features of my new car, which is something I have never experienced before. I love my new Kia Soul, and the fact that the experience was so easy and comfortable is why I would recommend Kia Country to any one I know. Over all, everyone there was pleasant and helpful. I needed a new car badly! When I arrived at Kia Jack was at the door (he knew I was coming from a phone call) remembered my name and greeted me with a huge smile. Before I signed on the dotted line Jack went over the entire book with me, told me about my service schedule and all of my safety features. He was even super patient while I was on the phone with the insurance company. Jack and Mr. Mike took a lot of time to make sure my payments were where I needed them to be (as a server and college student). I would recommend Jack and Mike to ANYONE who is looking for a new car. My wife, son and I traveled from Western North Carolina to buy a 2011 Kia Soul Hamstar Edition with my 15-year-old son; no one around us could match the deal that Jack Lanier gave us. We were nervous abou to buy a 2011 Kia Soul Hamstar Edition with my 15-year-old son; no one around us could match the deal that Jack Lanier gave us. We were nervous about travelling 300 miles one way, but it was worth it in the end. The quote we received over the phone was the deal we got, no strings attached and no hidden fees were added on, the bottom line was what we were told and expected it to be. Jack made my son feel great, he included my son throughout the whole process, and especially when it came to going over the vehicle and the use of all its features, he helped my son set up his blue tooth and radio. The car was ready for us, the paperwork process went off without a hitch, and we were on our way back home in no time. We will be travelling to Kia Country of Savannah for our next vehicle and we will be asking Jack Lanier to be our sales consultant. More
