The items I went in to get fixed weren’t addressed. I also was waiting and working from the lobby but was constantly bothered by a sales man who kept trying to upsell me into a car, in spite of me tell I also was waiting and working from the lobby but was constantly bothered by a sales man who kept trying to upsell me into a car, in spite of me telling him I was working and in meetings and couldn’t step away. When I called back to get the issues addressed that hadn’t even been looked at, I was hung up on by the person who answered the phone. I called again and was told my service person would call me back, but she never did. Then I texted the next day on my way out of town for the week and got a message I could come back in and get it looked at and was given two times. Before I even read the message, I got another message that my appt had been scheduled. No confirmation from me if that time worked or not. So now I have to come over on my day off to get something taken care of that should have been dealt with when I originally brought the car in. More
