Traveling from Orlando to metter Georgia for a funeral I hit a piece of tire on the road which damaged one of my tires going 70 miles an hour.. while at the service Kia roadside assistance sent a wrecker to my location and delivered my car an hour away at no cost to me..It was after service hours but first thing in the AM after speaking with the service dept. They assured me that they would work me in...sure enough they did had me back on the road noon..They called the tire company to check for manufacturer warranty sent me a courtesy van and before I left a salesman joined me and my mother in a quick prayer to have safe travels home..I made it home safe and sound...Thank you Kia!!! Always a great service experience! I have never been someone who would go to the dealer for service. However, in late 2013 I bought my first hybrid vehicle, an Optima Hybrid, from Kia C I have never been someone who would go to the dealer for service. However, in late 2013 I bought my first hybrid vehicle, an Optima Hybrid, from Kia Country of Savannah. With it being a hybrid, I wanted to make sure it was being serviced by people who knew the car's needs. So, I made the drive to get my oil changes and other scheduled maintenance done at the dealership. I thought I would do this for about a year, then look into other options. Well, three and a half years and 70,000 miles later, I am still driving the extra distance to Kia Country of Savannah for my scheduled maintenance. Why? First, I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and does a good job of keeping you informed of your vehicle's status. Second, the prices are actually fairly reasonable. If they have a special or coupon going on, they will usually let me know and apply it automatically. Third, the waiting area has free coffee, bottled water, and even snacks, in addition to comfortable seating. For these reasons, I am a loyal Kia Country of Savannah customer! I highly recommend them! More

Great Customer Service and Sales Experience I had not planned on buying a car when in I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Kia Optima, which I have loved! I met Edwin Sinsuat while I was walki I had not planned on buying a car when in I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Kia Optima, which I have loved! I met Edwin Sinsuat while I was walking about the dealership. He saw me looking at the Kia Sorento's. I'm pregnant with my first child and have been thinking about transitioning into a SUV for a little while now. I test drove a Kia Sorento and loved it. Edwin took the time to explain on the benefits and features of the Kia Sorento, all while being so compassionate about my pregnancy. I felt bad having to get up 20 times to use the bathroom, lol. Edwin help me get the vehicle that was right for me at this time in my lift, and he helped me get financing options that fit my budget. I really appreciated all the time he took with me. Sam Washigton, Jr. was very helpful as well in explaining the financing situation. I have been coming to this dealership for over two years to get service on my Kia Optima. The service team is amazing as well! I'm thrilled that I will now be coming for service on my Kia Sorento. I would recommend this Dealership and Service Team to anyone.
