Awesome experience here! I purchased a 2018 KIA OPTIMA. The staff there was amazing they make you feel comfortable and at home. What really impressed me was the staff seemed like they truly wanted to help.. my last car purc I purchased my new 2017 Kia Forte from Kia of Bradley. What really impressed me was the staff seemed like they truly wanted to help.. my last car purchase I was used to the salesman playing games with price with me... My salesman really took the time to explain everything to me as far as purchase price and rate.. I purchased my car from Kirby(who is funny as xxxx).... I had an opportunity to meet the sales manager Nick early on in the process. Both made me feel welcome and treated with respect. I would highly recommend anyone going back and seeing these guys. I will be referring all family and friends there. More

Go to Kia if you like to play games. My husband and I went to Kia of Bradley to purchase a car. Our first visit we were greeted by a salesman and drove several very nice vehicles. We came My husband and I went to Kia of Bradley to purchase a car. Our first visit we were greeted by a salesman and drove several very nice vehicles. We came back to make a purchase a few days later. We told the salesman that we didn't like playing games and we just wanted his best offer. We gave the salesman the amount we would put down and the percentage rate we could get at our credit union. (2.9%). We told him the price we would like to pay and off he went to talk to the "manager". He came back after several minutes and gave us the figures from the manager. They cut the amount we were willing to put down in half and gave us a whopping 7.9% without even running our credit report. There was no movement on the price either. We pointed out these things. We thanked him and started to go out the door. The manager quickly met us and we explained the problems with the figures. His comment was "Well, we aren't going to give you the best price right at the start. If you didn't like it you'd walk out. We thanked him and proceeded to the door. His final comment was "We don't price these so we can take a vacation to Hawaii you know. " I REALLY wanted the car but we had to pass on a dealership that plays too many games. More
