Phillips could teach a lot of dealers how to do things right. They start off by having a great trait that is integrity. They also train their people to respect their customers with good manners, kindness and reassurance that they will be treated like a family member. This is my third vehicle and my daughter and her husband bought two vehicles as well as a few days ago my 85 year old father buying a new traverse. My son in laws father a couple of weeks ago bought a new Silverado, And the beat goes on! Nobody really enjoys negotiating for a new car it is a stressful transaction. My sales lady Jaime Birks and her Manager Mike Darge absolutely put your mind at ease. and will pull every stop to make sure you are being taken care of with respect and value. My experience at Phillips Chevrolet was excellent. My sales person, Marty McKenna was funny, professional, attentive and most importantly, knowledgeable about the car I was buying. This is the 2nd vehicle that I've purchased from Phillips. I brought my Traverse in for a regular service appointment. The guys in the service department are very friendly and helpful. Joe made sure I was comfortable and listened to my concerns and request. He made sure my vehicle was returned to me in great shape and running well. I have a great appreciation for that...

I stopped in to test drive the Malibu after dealing with Samantha from the internet department. I told her what I was looking for and she got back to me very promptly and was very helpful. I walked into the dealership and was greated by Sam Darwish. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. I told Sam that I was interested in leasing the car which I have never done before. I went to meet with Yasin Yassin to discuss the financing and he was very helpful as well. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and answered all my questions. Sam has a great personality and was fun to deal with when deciding what my best options would be. I would definetly recommend this dealership.

Emir was the most considerate salesperson I've ever dealt with. He heard what I could afford and went to bat on my behalf. I had inquired at another dealership who said they "specialized in the difficult to finance". Emir proved that he can and will work with you and he did it! I appreciate the fact that he understood how important a new car would mean to me and to my family. He wasn't rigid in his approach and actually made this a joyous experience. I don't recommend Emir become a comedian but he definitely had jokes!! Thanks Emir and Phillips Chevrolet for all your help!! May the and of the Lord rest upon you!

I have purchased several new trucks in the past eight years or so, all from salesman Brian Kramer. I feel like I alsways have received a fair deal. Rafat closed my last deal. He is fair and very professional. For service, I have recently dealt with Dan Kachinski. Dan is also very professional and fair. In all of my visits to Phillips, I have always been treated with respect, yet in a friendly way. I have recommended this dealership to people in the past and I will continue to do so.
