Service center has always treated me with respect, all are friendly. Was able to put me in a loaner. Never can remember the gentleman's name that stands in t center has always treated me with respect, all are friendly. Was able to put me in a loaner. Oily boot prints on carpeted floor mats . . . second time. Service seems to be better, more careful, and CLEANER if you drive a KIA into their service department. I have a Buick that I take special pride in. Service seems to be better, more careful, and CLEANER if you drive a KIA into their service department. I have a Buick that I take special pride in. It has come out of their service department for the second time with oily boot prints on the carpeted floor mat on the drivers side. Once, I can understand. The service writer was real sorry the first time and gave me a free oil change on my next visit. The free oil change came with ANOTHER set of oily boot prints. I really don't need this crap. More

On time service Brought my car for service - replace bushings on front stabilizer. I called in to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, they took the car in right Brought my car for service - replace bushings on front stabilizer. I called in to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, they took the car in right away and promised to have it done in about an hour. When I came back after 55 minutes, they were finishing up. It was exactly one hour, as they said. Price was initially discussed and was exactly same. Great guys. Nice environment. I do not have experience with sales as I never bought a car from them, but service is very good. More
