We went to Bill Bryan Kia to have our Kia Sedona minivan serviced. While it was being serviced we started looking at the cars in the showroom. Within a few moments Ron approached and asked if he had any que serviced. While it was being serviced we started looking at the cars in the showroom. Within a few moments Ron approached and asked if he had any questions. Ron showed US several models but we liked the Optima best. Ron explained the features of the Optimal very well, you could tell he knew the car. During the entire experience Ron and John were professional, courteous, and they made the process go very smooth. We never felt uneasy with them like we have with other salespeople at other dealerships in the past. A+ for Ron, John, and the Bill Bryan Kia staff. More
I was totally blown away by the customer service at Bill Bryan kia. I dealt with Ron Stepp and he was so sweet and patient with us. They had a play area for my 3 kids. Which was wonderful. They had drinks, food and T.v. so no complaints there either. I will refer anyone to this dealership. I am totally in love with my Dodge Caliber. It was like brand new with a used price tag!! Little to no miles on it and got one year of free oil changes!! I also got called a couple of day after leaving the dealership with my car and Randy in the finance department called me back to re sign my contract with lower payments, yes LOWER payments. At my appointment to recieve my car, it was ready and Zach was very attentive and kept his cool even though he was dealing with a bitchy old lady (me) and was very helpful. During the financial meeting, Randy was more than efficient in explaining all the options of buying a car, and again, was dealing with me. I am sure he was glad to have me leave his office. I also enjoyed the Kia Cafe, which was a suprise and I would recommend for every car dealer to have. More

We were greeted right away at the door by Ron Stepp. We told him what we were looking for and he brought a car up to the door for our inspection and a trial drive. Ron was very personable. Dale Smith was waiting outside the showroom as we drove up. Had a nice smile and greeted us immediately with hand shake and his name. Inquired of our visit and needs. Worked a couple of times with Sr. Mgt. to obtain our purchase. Randy was efficient in his closing procedures for us. Congenial and compentant. Dale stayed with us until the competion of the final transaction. Since we did not have the original title to our trade in vehicle, he followed up next a.m. at our home, spending additional time pointing our features of our new vehicle, to our utmost satisfaction.
