Glass repair company sueing my Insurance Company. While having service work done, I was approached to get a ding in my windshield replaced. "No Charge" Work was done by a third party and now they are While having service work done, I was approached to get a ding in my windshield replaced. "No Charge" Work was done by a third party and now they are suing my insurance company for excessive changes. Called the dealership and was promised it would be taken care of without any further hassle on my part. Did not happen. Just got off with the insurance company and the insurance company is being sued in Miami? I somebody approaches you in a dealership about fixing your windshield, tell them to get lost. Response does not help me or my insurance company. Inform your customers if third parties are doing work at your shop and take responsibility for the work and payments. More

Poor Customer Service We purchased our Optima less than 2 years ago. While on vacation and traveling through Mobile, Al a malfunction light came on the dash. Cars have xxxx-ups and not a real big deal - till I called the dealership and asked to talk to the Service department. I informed them we were on the road and needed info asap. After being on hold (twice) for extended times - the lady came back and said the Service department was busy and she would transfer me to my salesman - after another hold was informed he was busy and someone would call me back. My wife gave me the "Keep it nice look" so I just hung up. Called a local KIA dealer and all was solved. Wish this was the first time this has happened - but I do know now - If we purchase another KIA - I would drive the 450 miles to Daphne and purchase from them. More

Salesperson that knows his job. I came in for a oil change on my 2014 Sorento,while sitting in the lounge I saw the person who sold me the Sorento.We started talking,and the next thi I came in for a oil change on my 2014 Sorento,while sitting in the lounge I saw the person who sold me the Sorento.We started talking,and the next thing I knew I was test driving a 2015 Optima. I fell in love with the way it drives and ride.I wasn't in the mood for purchasing another vehicle,but the more I talked to my salesperson the more he convinced me into a trade in. He was very sincere about what he was doing,and he went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted, and I fell comfortable with it.The administrator was awesome,he put the finishing touch on the deal, and made it even better.By the way, this took place on July 14,2015.
