We wanted a new car for my wife. My wife had a 2015 Ford Fusion still in great shape but we wanted a new car with all the latest safety equipment on board. After doing some research My wife had a 2015 Ford Fusion still in great shape but we wanted a new car with all the latest safety equipment on board. After doing some research online and looking at many auto reviews on youtube plus checking with Bluebook, Edmunds, Consumer Reports and other venues, we thought the KIA Forte was worth a look. We came to Round Rock KIA with the intention of just looking around but after seeing the new KIAs we were pretty sure we had come to the right place. Our salesman, Nick Fisher, was courteous and very professional as he explained all the finer points of the car we finally bought. We bought a Forte with the "S Tech Package" and the "S Premium Package" The is car has everything we wanted and was priced well below what we thought we would have to pay for a vehicle with so many extras. Plus it is a very good looking car!!! We thought the entire staff was first class and I highly recommend KIA of Round Rock to all. :>) More

Purchase of a 2016 Nissan Frontier Sought and found specific vehicle of which I was interested on dealer website and made appointment to view. I was greeted upon arrival by receptionist and Derrick, the sales rep who handled the transaction from that point on. I am 68 years old and have purchased dozens of vehicles in my life time. I have never been treated so well as by every person I had contact with during the transaction. No sales pressure just honest straight forward answers to questions and offer posed. During follow up for prior agreed to vehicle service, I had an opportunity to experience and observe service department personnel. I was greatly impressed with the friendly and professional service. I don't care to haggle over the price or be oversold by sales people. My experience at Round Rock Kia was not any of those things!! My salesman Karl listened to everything I said and could obviously tell that I just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible with a vehicle that met my needs.
