My family and I were traveling during the Christmas holiday. On New Year's Eve, we heard an odd noise coming from the rear wheel. We were fortunate King Honda was fairly close to us. They closed early at noon that day but we were able to get it there by 10:30am. I knew that if it was a major problem that they would need to keep our vehicle and our trip to Florida would likely be on hold for several days as no auto shop would be open on this holiday weekend. Both the Service Writer and Manager couldn't have been nicer. They understood my situation and were able to look at the vehicle immediately. They discovered a minor defect and were able to correct it in MINUTES and have me on my way. I wish I lived closer because I would bring my Accord to this shop for all my needs. More
Unbelievable how helpful. Towded in and 2 mechanic and 2 managers stayed 2.5 hours overtime. Part needed ordered. They put my dog and baby shower gifts in a loaner to continue to Atlanta. I had it for 5 days. The mechanics would not accept a tip. They said they were there to help people. I bought a new 2020 Pilot Touring here, and have not stopped having issues since I hit around 600 miles on the odometer. I have been in the shop for repairs around 20 or so times with no end in sight for my problems. I traded in a great working car for this piece of junk. I've had problems with the radio and emergency braking for over 3 years! This car is a safety hazard. This has been the worst car and service experience that I've ever had. The car was in the shop from December 29 to Jan 6 this time. Honda corporate has told me multiple times that King Honda service can claim that the car is unrepairable and they will buy it back. King Honda's service manager tells me that they can't do that. What am I supposed to do with this stupid car? I brought the car in with a list of 14 operational and repair damage problems including the radio/ entertainment issues. 9 of those 14 problems were not addressed. One (sagging/ separating bumper) I was told I would have to take to a collision center to have reviewed. The others I was told could not be reproduced, therefore nothing can be done. Even though I have pictures and videos (see YouTube playlist above) of most of the safety issues in the car, I'm told that since it cannot be reproduced in the shop that it cannot be fixed or addressed further. They seemed to be more concerned with getting their rental car back than completing the repairs. Also, a broken trim piece that they told me they had the replacement parts for ready to install 3 months ago are still not repaired, and I'm told that the parts have been ordered again... Update 4/24/2023: I have finally gotten rid of my nightmare car and no longer have to deal with this nightmare company. There were some good people working here, but none of them had the power to make things right. King Honda dragged me through the mud for 3 years! More

I was called mid morning with an update on the service work and was told that the actual cost would be less than the estimated amount. This is always good news. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. Charges were explained in detail and I was given an opportunity to ask questions or express any concerns I might have. I always feel like I’m treated as a valued customer at King Honda. More
Service at King Honda in Auburn AL is always a pleasure. The Sales Manager, Randall, gave me a fair price for my trade, and answered every question that I had without acting like i was wasting his time, like most Managers do in the car business. While I waited, I was offered snacks and beverages and a pleasant conversation until a salesman was ready; they were quite busy when I walked in. Once I chose a vehicle, the salesman offered a test drive and afterwards i was immediately sold!! My salesman was Michael Pitts, who was AMAZING!!!! He got me the absolute BEST DEAL, was a pleasure to do business with and made sure I walked out of the door nothing less than satisfied and confident with my purchase. Also, the finance manager Jeff Stewart, went EVEN FURTHER to make sure I received the best financing deal!!! I mean no lie, these two guys made my car buying experience unforgettable!!! I now own a beautiful 2015 Honda Accord and very confident and pleased with my purchase. When this car dies, I WILL be back to King Honda for another one!!!! More
