Confused old men answering the phones knowing nothing about cars. Doesn’t even know make or model. Very rude on the phone. Says he’s been here over 30 years and refuses to admit when he is wrong. Place is very disorganized and old repair shop that is very messy and unsanitary. Guy who claims to be shop manager is never there and unreliable to give you repair estimates or speak with insurance companies regarding claims. This place needs some serious help and new employees as these guys are very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. The only hardworking person I saw there was the middle aged gentleman on the dealership side of this place running around to help his customers. Will not be coming back here unless customer service improves and some improvements are made. More
