Worst experience ever. When I asked questions, the front desk person told me that, why are you asking same things over and over. As a customer, I do have right to ask questions, cuz iam spending more than 5 desk person told me that, why are you asking same things over and over. As a customer, I do have right to ask questions, cuz iam spending more than 500 bucks from my pocket. I just walked away as my questions weren’t answered. More

Horrible service. Bought certified pre-owned car less than 2 years ago. Broke down. It is the only car in our household. Service said they could not get us in for 2 weeks. When my husband explained the situation, he received 0 understanding. We asked them to look at this issue last august when we were in for an oil change. They refused. my husband explained a few other issues we r had the the gentleman on the phone started being very rude and nasty.
