I will gladly recommend Kingstowne Motors to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. (As a matter of fact, I have a friend going to visit them this weekend!) I was in the market for another vehicle. Once I set my parameters in Autotrader, this beautiful BMW showed up. I spoke to Sam several times and exchange a couple of emails. He was prompt, patient, professional and very knowledgeable about the car and the process. My husband and I decided to take the drive from Richmond. We found the entire staff to be friendly, helpful and pressure Free! We drove away in about an hour and half and that includes the test drive in a fully loaded, low mileage, Pre Certified, beautiful color combo BMW! But the story doesn't end there. Less than a week of driving the car, some fairly major issues were discovered. We experienced a heavy downpour. I got into my new vehicle and to my dismay water was in the inside. I immediately thought I had left the sunroof ajar. Unfortunately, that was not the case. No problem I thought. I have BMW Certified warranty. BMW informed me that this was not a BMW windshield. It had been replaced and warranty would not cover this. In addition, battery acid had spilled and corroded a cable.
Sam told me to bring the car back they will take care of it!! Talk about customer service. Many dealers would have said sorry - once you took the key, it's your problem. Sam told me that he wants me to have the same happy feeling I had the day I drove off. It's just so refreshing to come in contact with anyone in the sales profession that truly does what's right for the client. With that being said, we know where the rest of cars will be purchased from from now on - Kingstowne Motors!!

My son was interested in purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes Benz Sedan, specifically the S550. He had been looking at cars with various dealerships when he located a sedan at Kingstowne Motorcars for the perfect price and mileage. My son currently lives in Turkey and asked that I go to the dealership and take a look at the car for him. I was not only very pleased with the vehicle but the customer service provided by the staff was outstanding. I called and spoke to Sam on numerous occasions. He was always patient, personable and professional. We were interested in trading in a Mercedes GL450 for the sedan. Sam helped us through the process with a fair offer for the truck so that we were able to purchase the S550. Conducting a purchase like this for my son was a little stressful but, Sam's patience made the experience well worth the trip from Baltimore. I spent countless hours in search of my next car. I came across a mazda rx 8 online and located at Kingstowne Motorcars. I read the ad for the car over and over. I sent an email asking for a reply. I got a generated auto reply. The next morning I got a call from Sam at the dealership, I was so excited to hear the car was available. I asked many questions and Sam was very helpful. I will be honest, I was unsure of buying a vehicle online based on pictures and a salesman. I bet there were 20 car photos and I must have looked at them 50 times each. I asked myself "could this be true" ? I spoke with Sam several times as I had to keep calling him back as I was at work as well. We exchanged many emails and he made me feel comfortable that the vehicle was described honestly and that shipping was safe. A few hours later I was giving him my deposit over the phone and 40 minutes later my loan was approved. It was as easy as 1-2-3, no hassle, no hidden costs......... just facts and honesty. I look forward to another purchase with Kingstowne Motorcars. Anyone I spoke to at the dealership was very nice and helpful. My car arrived safe and looked even better than the photos !! I came in to the dealership to purchase a vehicle, in spite of my illness. Bill and Rosi walked me through the purchasing process smoothly and efficiently. They processed my trade in and within two hours I was able to leave with a 2010 BMW 5 series. I am very happy with my purchase. I am exceedingly pleased with the auto buying process. Normally, I do not purchase from dealerships. It was only because of the recommendation of a trusted friend that I initially came to the dealership to service my previous vehicle. The pleasant and professional service that I received on numerous occasions, coupled with my friend's recommendation led me to turn to Bill when I needed to purchase a vehicle. My overall experience with Kingstowne Motorcars was very good. The process from start to end was hassle free. I never felt once like I was being tooken advantage of or getting the "runaround". Honesty and equality were my observations from the representatives. I am satisfied with my 2008 Audi A4 S-Line Series. I recommend the dealership to others.

I am very satisfied with the service I received when purchasing my car here. I live in a different state and time zone. Sam knew this and was always willing to talk to me when it was convenient for me. He was very knowledgeable of any information that I might need because of the out of state purchase. He worked very hard, and in an eager, and timely manner.I have no complaints, and would recommend Kingstowne. I would buy another car form them anytime!

Sam and Bill were both helpful. I bought a Scion tC for my son and when we took the vehicle for a test drive, we noticed a rattling noise from the rear of the car. We determined it to be the spoiler. When we got back to the dealer, we pointed this out to Bill and he said they would get it checked out and let me know in the morning. As promised, Bill called me the next morning and told me that the noise was fixed. My son and I went back to drive it again and the noise was gone. The vehicle had low mileage in comparison with other tC's we had looked at for a very reasonable price. I secured financing and we were very satisfied with the entire experience with Kingstowne Motorcars. Thanks to Sam, Bill, and Rosy for all of their help!
