As always it was a great visit with Klaben Service. I had "The Works" done. I do have a little problem though . Since they rotated my tires, I have a TPMS (tire pressure senser) light that is on. I have checked my tire air pressure and everything is correct. I just emailed my great Service Adviser, Nate, about that so I will bring my car back soon for that and I am sure that problem will be resolved. More

I took my Escape in to Klaben service bc it was showing a notice that systems were shutting to save energy. Nate the service advisor told me they check it out and get back to me. Nate called and said my batt notice that systems were shutting to save energy. Nate the service advisor told me they check it out and get back to me. Nate called and said my battery was bad and needed replaced. I said okay. Nate called back and said I had Gord Pass points I could apply to the cost of the battery. He asked if I wanted to use them and I said yes. He didn’t have to do that, but it shows how Klaben treats their customers. I will always go there to service my Escape and future cars. More
