My Review of Kline Volvo:
Bought a Volvo XC wagon from Klien. The whole experience has been terrible. I’d gladly bring my car back tomorrow. Not because I don’t love the car but because every and all aspects of their service has sucked. From trying to get plates, Getting a small chip fixed (which was promised to me to be fixed when I picked up the car) to a head light which has been out since I picked up the car and is still out 6 weeks later and they refuse to pick up any portion of the bill (This never would have happened at Honda, Toyota, or Nissan). Do yourself a favor and avoid buying here. I wish I had. I will never own a Volvo again.

Talk about one price, charge you another when it come time to do paperwork. Talk about customer satisfaction being number one, doing it is another thing. Talk is easy and cheap. Will NOT buy from them again.
