Knauz can not program a key I brought my s55 amg in to purchase a second key, Knauz service could not get the programming of the key to work with full function. The key will not open all doors and will not open the trunk. What is worse after two visits the key is still not working properly. I have left messages with the service advisor who will not return my call. If Knauz can not take care of a second key why should I trust them for any other service.
