This is the 7th new Toyota I have purchased from this location and I will NEVER BE BACK. The new manager is AWEFUL. I signed a contract for a brand new 2022 Toyota tacoma for $52,776. which was $2000 location and I will NEVER BE BACK. The new manager is AWEFUL. I signed a contract for a brand new 2022 Toyota tacoma for $52,776. which was $2000 OVER MSRP and i put a $5000 deposit down in February 2022. After 5 months of waiting for the vehicle to arrive (Which I was told would be 4 to 6 weeks), They decided NOT TO HONOR my signed contract with them because they wanted more money.. Apparently the $2000. OVER MSRP CONTRACT WE AGREED ON WASN'T ENOUGH. They said msrp went up again and proceeded to charge me another $1879. On top of our agreed and signed contract. Then they charged ANOTHER $509. for running boards that i did not order but were installed. They refused to take them back off. Beware of these guys. Definitely beware of Tiffany Montavalo (sales woman) and her sales manager Jason Gaston. More
