Had a mobile oil visit set up for last week between 8-12. Got a confirmation call the night before that they would be out between noon and 4pm. I specifically advised them that we needed as early as possible Got a confirmation call the night before that they would be out between noon and 4pm. I specifically advised them that we needed as early as possible because we work. They apologized and rescheduled me for today 8-12. I called the day before and was advised we were the 2nd stop and would have someone here by 1030am. It's now noon and no call to say they were coming or update. I called and they could not give me a valid reason why no one came or called. Wasted my time waiting for them. Going elsewhere for my business in the future. More
