I went for an oil change, They changed parts that didn't need changing, charged me $1380, told me the car will be ready the next day, it took them 3 days and the job wasn't done right, had to take the car t need changing, charged me $1380, told me the car will be ready the next day, it took them 3 days and the job wasn't done right, had to take the car to a different mechanic shop to learn that the parts didn't need changing and some of the parts they said were changed were not changed but, I was charged for it all, let's keep in mind that the car is a bronco 2021 that I take good care of, the woman at the counter Yasmin was nothing but rude, she never had an answer, the day the car was supposed to be ready my sister went to pick up and they kept her waiting 3hours. They told her car is ready, it wasnt, it made a sound like if it was going to explode She went back to wait another hour with the "MECHANIC"otherwise I had to wait till after the holidays to get my car back, Yazmin woman at the counter was nowhere at 3pm she clocked out and went home not caring that all was wrong More
Recall nightmare beware. Vehicle taken for recalls. Car returned with damage right side rims- front and back wait a week to take back car to repair. After right side right fix (waited 6 days) I got my car with the right front side rim crack. Dealer took images and when review the rims show scratches but no crack and even with the images they deny to fix right side rims. Hope no one has to deal with a similar issue. Please make sure takes picture of your vehicle when drop off and check your vehicle when pick up. More
The sales and delivery process was difficult from the beginning. The service is where things get really ugly. When I showed up for an appointment to do regular maintenance on my vehicle, the representative stated that they would not honor my maintenance agreement and that oil changes are extra. (I bought a Ford Premium Maintenance Agreement from this dealership.) They told me i could wait an hour and talk to sales about this. So far, no one has returned a phone call or email and have refused to honor the plan they sold. Sales - it a service issue... Service - no such thing exists... it is an hour and a half each time I go there round trip and they cannot even be relied on to do the scheduled basic service. Who has time for this nonsense? More
Terrible service don’t take your car here . I scheduled a service appointment (for a specific issue that I made clear) a month in advance, but it turned out they couldn't actually do the repair at the scheduled place/time. If that itself wasn't bad enough, they had no intention of notifying of me of this until I actually wasted my whole morning driving over there to tell me that in person (not to mention the month I wasted waiting for the appointment.) Clearly they don't bother to review/plan for upcoming work, or train their schedulers adequately. Total waste of my time. They didn't even apologize. More
Stay away from this dealership and especially the service department. It is being run by people that not only do not know Ford procedures but they openly deny following them and do not care about your money department. Please if you value your vehicle and your life stay away. Absolutely the worst service, experience and attitude I have ever experienced. I can’t stress this enough the people running the service department are ignorant and you ask them questions that are technical about your vehicle they dismiss you as if your crazy. Year old car has transmission issue My 2018 Ford Escape had transmission issues. I brought it to ford to have the issue fixed. Not only did they not have a loaner vehicle for me to leave My 2018 Ford Escape had transmission issues. I brought it to ford to have the issue fixed. Not only did they not have a loaner vehicle for me to leave with but they also had a inexperienced mechanic work on my car. While ford was in possession of my car I had to chase the staff for answers about my car because my phone calls were being dodged so ultimately if I wanted to have answers I had to show up so speak to someone face to face. When my vehicle was returned to me 3 weeks later it was not returned in proper working order because of failure to properly road test my vehicle so I had to bring it back to them to fix the issue that I noticed and not the mechanic. When my vehicle was returned for the second time my car broke down and I had to have it towed back to them not even 24 hrs after it was back in my possession for loose transmission linkage. When I spoke to a supervisor Chris Urena he informed me that the mechanic who worked on my car was new and came from a different dealer as if that was a viable excuse to the lack of diligence when working on my car was concerned. The trust has been broken and I will never be buying another ford nor will I be bringing my car to ford for service. Ford will not be receiving a penny more of my money. And I definitely don’t feel safe driving my car because with the service I received the car is liable to break down on me again at any given moment. Extremely disappointed in ford and entirely disgusted with the service department and management staff that failed to make sure customer service was their highest priority. Because for it not for customers like myself they would be unemployed. More
