The salesman was surprised that I was able to notice the trend of increased pricing. "Oh you saw that and have been following?" It's like dealing with one of those dealerships in NY/NJ. These are the sales tactic that give care sales a horrible reputation. Buyer Beware on Koons Sterling Ford and JC Schied. I'm reporting these deceptive sales tactics to WANADA. While my husband and I were visiting our son in Virginia from Buffalo, we experienced an issue with our Ford F 150. We thought we would be out of luck as it was late on a Saturday morning. With the help of from Buffalo, we experienced an issue with our Ford F 150. We thought we would be out of luck as it was late on a Saturday morning. With the help of Heidi in customer service, we were able to connect with Endzo. He was very honest and friendly, and we felt like we were valued customers even though we had just met. He even arranged for their shuttle to take us back to our son's apartment while the truck was being serviced. He was able to get our vehicle serviced and returned to us the same day! They did all of this for people who live six hours away. Koons went over and above our expectations. I would highly recommend Koons, especially Heidi and Endzo. More
