Yesterday, I had noticed that the passenger doo Friendly and helpful staff (especially Aria Moshrefi). I purchased my 2012 Camry XLE V6 two days ago. Yesterday, I had noticed that the passenger door wasn't locking or unlocking on its own when I pressed the lock\unlock buttons on the key fob or the car itself. The Customer Relations Director had me come in to the service department that same day. Mr. Aria Moshrefi was professional and friendly and called the minute my car was ready. They had me in and out in no time to replace the passenger lock motor. I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service I received. More

The 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE is a great vehicle and retains it's value substantially better than the Town & Country,. I am extremely pleased and the contact / service after the sale has been excellent. The service adviser, Mike O'Neal gave me his cell number to expedite something he was looking into for me. That is ALL good service and I am a sales manager, and believe me I know, so I appreciate the personalized touch, such as Jack periodically checking in to make sure I was totally happy with the deal. Outstanding Car Buying Experience Dealing with Koons Toyota Tyson was probably our best car buying experience ever. Shaikh, Product Delivery Specialist was equally knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining all car features and technology. He was also very patient when asked to go over tech items we did not understand several time. Sales Manager Phil Clayman was helpful, friendly and very prompt with whatever was needed to make the sale go smoothy. Got initial information about the dealership off the net. Called the dealer and were connected with Sam. Told him what we were looking for and he quickly responded with information about the car they had in stock that most nearly met our wants. Called him back shortly after and asked for an out the door price. He responded with a good sales price that made us interested. Koons Tysons is a long way from where we live and we were reluctant to buy out of our area. However, after a totally disastrous visit with a local dealer, we decided to give it a Tysons a try.. Called Sam back and told him we were coming. When we got there, Sam informed us he had moved the car we were interested in right out front so we could see it. Took us to see the car and did and outstanding job of explaining its features. Told Sam we were interested in buy and went back in to discuss finalizing the deal. He said the price was exactly what he gave us on the phone which we thought was fair. None of the normal back and forth to the sales manage that it all too normal. OK, we would buy it but wanted one additional small accessory. Sales manager Phil quickly added it in at no cost. Did necessary paper work with finance manager. Sorry, we forgot his name. However, he too was friendly and quick. After the sale, Aqib showed us all features of the car and did a wonderful job of explaining the operation of all features. Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Bottom line. Koons Tysons handled the deal in a fashion that left us very pleased. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and customer oriented. Their approach was make the customer happy and fill his wants and needs. Without question, we recommend them highly as an excellent car dealer. More

Finally, searched around the web, and fell on their website. Found the car that fit everything I was looking for in my next vehicle. Spoke with Toney over the phone, and he invited me down for a test drive. So, a friend and I went for the visit, test drove a 2011 Rav4. After meeting with Toney for the first time, I immediately felt like I was going to be taken care of through my first car buying experience, which was the polar opposite of the feelings I had from the other dealerships and dealers. My friend and I were both so impressed with Toney's extensive knowledge and professionalism when showing us the Rav4. Our test drive was a blast, we had so much fun learning about the abilities of the car and just learning about Toyota in general. I could go on for days about the overall experience, gushing over the fine employees at Koons Typsons. But, I think I made my point clear. Toney was incredibly helpful, and really treated us with care and concern. He's not the "typical car salesman" that you immediately picture at these dealerships.
